Before upgrading a member, confirm they are either fully paid or listed on a pending invoice. Officer roles cannot be assigned without an active or pending membership.
Once confirmed:
Log in to CONNECT
Select the Members tab
Click Transition Officers and Advisers
Follow the prompts to assign the officer role
