In order to provide more flexibility, state leaders were given two options regarding hotel management.
- State Managed - State is assigned a block within one hotel and the state leaders coordinate the collection of hotel reservations and payments from their local chapters. State leaders (or a travel agent on the state's behalf) than submits a rooming list and payment for all attendee rooms from their state.
- Chapter Managed – Chapters make and pay for their own reservations. Advisers will input their needs (# of rooms needed, arrival date, departure date, etc.) and be shown the available hotels that can fulfill those needs. Chapters than select the hotel that best meets their individual needs.
Your state's instructions are based on which option your state leader elected for.
