Some schools, school districts, state departments of education, and other organizations may require Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) to complete a vendor packet or establish a vendor record before payments can be processed. To streamline this process, FBLA asks that all vendor packet requests be submitted via email.
How to Submit a Request
- Complete the vendor packet as much as possible before sending it to FBLA.
- Include any required documentation and instructions.
- Email the completed packet and supporting documents to support@fbla.org.
- Include your organization name and any relevant deadlines in the email.
- FBLA will review the packet and complete applicable sections.
Helpful Information
- FBLA's W-9 is available on the website and can be found in the footer of every page.
- Vendor packet requests are reviewed in the order received.
- Processing may take up to 10 business days.
- FBLA may provide signatures electronically or via wet ink, depending on the requirements of the requesting organization.
Important Limitations
Please note:
- FBLA may not be able to complete all questions or requirements included in a vendor packet. Requirements vary by state and organization, and some requests may not apply to FBLA.
- FBLA does not create or maintain vendor portal accounts for external organizations.
- FBLA does not manually enter invoices into third-party systems.
- FBLA does not sign invoices as part of the vendor setup process.
- This process is intended only for establishing a new vendor record or completing a vendor packet.
What to Expect
- Once your request is received, the FBLA team will review the submitted materials.
- If additional information is needed, a member of our team will contact you.
- Completed vendor packet materials will be returned via email.
- Most requests are processed within 10 business days.
