The Business Achievement Awards (BAA) courses are a member-exclusive benefit. Individuals who are not yet listed as active members in the system will no longer see the BAA courses under More → Courses in CONNECT.
Once the individuals are transitioned from unpaid student to active member, they’ll regain access to member-exclusive benefits including their BAA courses automatically.
Advisers: If you have generated an invoice and individuals still do not have access to member-exclusive benefits, confirm that you selected a payment method on the generated invoice.
