These are instructions on how to add advisers that do not already have accounts in FBLA Connect.
There are 3 methods that you could use.
1. Assigning Positions
Manage > Officer Positions & Privilege's > Assign Members to Positions
1) Choose Prime Adviser or Co-Adviser (Please only choose 1 Prime Adviser)
2) Add First and Last name in first box
3) Add email address to second box
4) Click "Update Officers and Send Activation Emails"
2. Adding Members
Members > Add New Members > Option 2: Manual Entry
1) Fill in Name and email
2) In the Local Account Type Dropdown, Choose Adviser
3) Checkmark Primary Adviser or Co-Adviser (Please only choose 1 Prime Adviser)
4) Click on "Add Contact"
5) An activation email will be sent to the individual.
3. Registration Link
Note: Every registration link is unique to their school. The registration can be filled out by students, advisers or alumni. Once it is filled out, it needs to be approved or rejected by an adviser before the individual gets an activation email.
Members > Add New Members > Option 4: Registration Link
1) You can register students, advisers and alum with this link
2) Individual will fill out form and submit

3) The adviser will receive an email informing them that they need to approve a new account request. You can click on the blue "View pending accounts" link or...

4) The adviser can view all pending requests by going to Members: View Pending Registrations

5) You can approve or reject the applications
