Online testing takes place on-site at the National Leadership Conference. Competitors must be registered for the NLC and pay the national conference registration fee to participate in competitive events. Additionally, members must stay in an official FBLA hotel block to compete. This policy is outlined in the Competitive Event Guidelines under the Eligibility section. We strongly encourage all competitors to review their specific event guidelines document to understand the rules and expectations regarding scheduling and participation.
Members bring their own laptop or tablet, which enables them to use a device they are familiar with. Limited power will be available. Internet codes will be given on site. Smartphones are not allowed. Chrome is the most recommended browser. While Safari and Edge are supported, Chrome is recommended.
Reminder: Each individual on a team will need their own device.

Review the sample test to ensure your device is able to connect to the online testing platform, especially if using a school device. To access the sample test:

3. Click Login.
4. Select the sample test
5. Click Start Test
Make sure you are comfortable viewing the remaining time at the top of the screen, selecting answers, navigating to the next question, answering all questions, and submitting the test.
